YouTube Long Form Video Editor (Finance & Education Niche)

We're a fast-growing agency that partners with educational YouTube channels to help them scale through premium content, funnels, and marketing. Right now, we’re looking for a skilled Long Form Video Editor to join our creative team.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content (8–30 mins)

Strong portfolio with examples in the financial or educational niche

Ability to craft engaging edits that retain viewer attention

Understanding of YouTube pacing, storytelling, and retention tactics

Bonus if you can also do thumbnails or shorts (not required)

Requirements:

Must have a portfolio showcasing previous YouTube work

Experience with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci

Fluent in English (for communication and understanding voiceover pacing)

Able to meet deadlines and work with feedback
