RESPONSIBILITIES

YouTube Strategy + SEO
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify trending HVAC topics and create detailed video briefs.

Develop compelling titles, descriptions, and tags to optimize visibility and engagement.

Collaborate with our thumbnail designer to produce thumbnails that drive high click-through rates.


Project Management
Lead the end-to-end flow of content production using ClickUp, ensuring timely, high-quality video output.

Coordinate with all contractors, from writers to editors, to streamline production and ensure quality at every stage.

Maintain a content calendar and manage workflows to keep the channel on schedule and performing at its best.

Team Leadership + Growth
Hire and manage the right experts—from topic specialists to video editors—to bring the best HVAC content to our audience.

Oversee payment processes and track expenditures, keeping team compensation organized and within budget.
