Job Description:
Position: YouTube Content Creator & Manager
Work Type: Full-Time (Remote) One month Contract with Open to Full Time based on performance.

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and pop-culture-savvy YouTube Content Creator & Manager to produce engaging video reels and manage our YouTube channel. This role involves crafting content centered around pop culture, trending topics, and major events from 2024 and earlier years. You will be responsible for creating a minimum of 16 high-quality reels daily, complete with captions, and strategically managing our YouTube account to grow and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:

Pop Culture-Focused Content Creation:
Create a minimum of 20 daily short-form video reels based on pop culture, entertainment, and relevant events starting from 2024 and working backward.
Research and identify trending topics, viral moments, and nostalgic themes from past years.
Edit videos with engaging captions and visuals optimized for maximum reach and retention.

YouTube Channel Management:
Upload, schedule, and optimize videos with catchy titles, compelling descriptions, and relevant tags.
Organize content into playlists and ensure the channel layout appeals to viewers.
Respond to comments to engage the audience and foster community interaction.

Strategy and Analytics:
Monitor YouTube Analytics to assess video performance, audience demographics, and engagement rates.
Use insights to refine content strategies and align with viewer interests.
Stay informed about YouTube algorithm updates and implement best practices for growth.

Creative Innovation:
Develop fresh ideas to incorporate nostalgia and current trends into content.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute campaigns that resonate with the audience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing pop culture-related content.
Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
A deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, trends, and SEO strategies.
Excellent research skills to identify relevant and engaging topics.
Exceptional organizational skills to meet daily content quotas.
Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
