Position Overview:
As the YouTube Channel Operations Manager & Editor, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing channel performance, ensuring a steady content flow, and producing polished video content. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate about YouTube content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Operations:

Manage content calendars, upload schedules, and deadlines.
Oversee video SEO, including optimizing titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Coordinate with scriptwriters, voiceover artists, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Stay updated on trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.
Video Editing:

Edit videos following provided scripts and guidelines to create captivating faceless content.
Add graphics, animations, and subtitles to enhance video quality.
Ensure videos adhere to branding and quality standards.
Maintain a consistent style and tone across all videos.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing YouTube channels and/or editing videos.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and algorithms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Creativity and an eye for detail in video production.
Ability to collaborate with remote teams and communicate effectively.
Familiarity with faceless YouTube channels and content trends is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Graphic design skills for thumbnail creation.
Experience with automation tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
Knowledge of copyright and monetization policies.
