JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I currently run 2 YouTube channels and will be launching more in the future. Currently, the operation is run by me alone along with a team of freelancers. In order to grow, I'm in need of a right-hand person to help me run these channels and the teams.

Main tasks include:
- Reviewing scripts
- Reviewing Videos
- Reviewing Thumbnails
- Communicating with freelancers
- Uploading the videos created by freelancers
- Eventually being able to manage the entire production process

Intially you will review scripts & videos, working closely with me and the team to provide feedback and enhance the quality of the scripts and videos. However, once you're familiar with the job, the tasks will expand.

Currently, the job requires around 5 hours per day, which will decrease as you get more familiar with the tasks. However, If the business grows, we could expand to you doing tasks such as video topic research along with managing new channels (resulting in a possible full-time position and increased pay)

Requirements:
- You are fluent in English
- You are available and have fast response times
- You are familiar with project management tools (Trello)
- You are familiar with YouTube channel management (what scripts/videos should look like to keep the viewer watching & why people click on certain thumbnails for videos)
- You are eager to learn and apply the knowledge

I offer growth within the company, you will also have direct access to me, the goal is to work together long-term.

In order to apply:
