YouTube Channel Manager & Team Leader

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive YouTube Channel Manager to take over the leadership and management of our video production team. This person will be responsible for ensuring every video meets high standards, managing deadlines, and leading a small but fast-moving creative team.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire YouTube content creation process from idea to upload
• Perform detailed quality control checks on every video before publishing (structure, voiceover, pacing, visuals, etc.)
• Manage and coordinate the creative team, including writers, editors, voiceover artists, and thumbnail designers
• Lead regular teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and provide ongoing feedback to improve performance and alignment
• Ensure videos align with the brand vision, tone, and strategy
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to keep things running smoothly
• Collaborate directly with the channel owner to continuously improve content and systems

Requirements:
• Proven experience leading a content or creative team, ideally within a YouTube or digital media environment
• Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy, storytelling, and viewer retention
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to give clear, actionable feedback to creatives
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable owning results and operating independently

Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Upgrade to see actual info, and Slack
• Understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, and content performance tracking
