Playstack (playstack.co) is a Youtube accelerator, focused on maximizing client growth through YouTube video strategies and content management. We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Channel Manager to manage and optimize client channels, ensuring their success through impactful strategies and consistent engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and integrate Playstack’s processes, tools, and best practices into daily work.
Conduct Market & Niche Analysis to understand the client's industry, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Perform Keyword Research to enhance the discoverability of YouTube video content.
Manage client onboarding by coordinating welcome
Work with the team on YouTube video setup and perform a Channel Audit to identify improvements.
Provide clients with 5-7 creative and growth-oriented YouTube video ideas per month.
Offer strategic feedback for improvement on their video content and overall strategy.
Oversee the development of scripts and ensure all aspects of branding (fonts, logos, assets) are consistent across all YouTube videos.
Collaborate on thumbnail creation and title optimization, performing A/B testing to determine the best-performing options.
Conduct a final quality check on all YouTube videos to ensure they meet client expectations.
Work closely with in-house editors on any YouTube video edits and thumbnail reviews.
Manage the posting schedule and ensure all YouTube videos are optimized for maximum visibility with the right titles, descriptions, tags, and end screens.
Ensure all tasks are prioritized and delivered on time, making sure delays don’t stem from Playstack’s side.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions, and concerns, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in channel management, content strategy, and YouTube video production.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with YouTube video editing platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with both clients and internal teams.
Highly strategic and can give useful feedback/suggestions
Fluent in English language
