Are you a YouTube Ads marketing expert with at least 5 years of experience? Do you know how to run effective campaigns to grow views and subscribers quickly? If you have a Christian background, that’s a big plus!

We’re looking for someone who specializes in YouTube Ads and marketing strategies to help grow a Christian YouTube channel. Please note: You will not be responsible for creating videos – we already have a video team. Your focus will be solely on marketing and growth strategies.

Bonus: If you’re also skilled in running ad campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, it would be a huge plus!

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience running YouTube Ads campaigns and managing growth strategies.
Proven track record of driving views and subscribers through YouTube Ads.
Deep understanding of YouTube analytics and ad targeting.
Ability to identify and execute marketing strategies that resonate with the Christian audience.
Strong confidence in your ability to deliver results, with examples of previous campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize YouTube Ads campaigns to increase channel views and subscribers.
Provide expert guidance on marketing strategies for rapid channel growth.
Analyze YouTube metrics to refine ad performance and targeting.
Work closely with our team to align ad content with the channel's Christian mission and goals.
