YouTube Account Manager Asst

We’re seeking an experienced YouTube Account Manager Assistant to join our team. Fluent English and working hours between 9am-5pm MDT is a must.

As a video marketing company, 90% of what we do revolves around video content. If you love collaborating with a team of YouTube and podcast experts based in the U.S., you’ll thrive here. We communicate through project management tools, hold twice-weekly check-ins, and often reward exceptional work with bonuses.

What You’ll Assist in Doing:
Manage up to 6 clients, combining consulting and done-for-you services
Help clients brainstorm video ideas, titles, and topics
Ensure clients complete Video Build-Outs (VBOs)
Assist with the filming process and accountability
Oversee video editing and uploads
Create weekly reports and analyze channel performance
Coordinate with clients' assistants for smooth content creation
Offer up to two filming days for clients who need additional support, with options to purchase more

Success Techniques:
Regular client check-ins for progress updates
Support clients in creating quality content
Streamline the video editing process
Review one video weekly per client
Optimize videos for SEO, including titles and thumbnails
Track and report on channel metrics weekly
Adjust strategies as needed to meet client goals
