Position Overview:

We're hiring a talented 2D Animator & Video Editor to create engaging, high-retention faceless YouTube videos focused on fitness and self-improvement. You will replicate PictureFit’s animation style and integrate AI-generated avatars that represent our brand.

This is a long-term role with a monthly salary of $800 - $1,500 USD, depending on your experience and quality of work.

Job Responsibilities:

Create compelling 6-minute videos using 2D animations, motion graphics, and AI-generated characters.
Replicate PictureFit’s engaging educational style through smooth animations and clear storytelling - Upgrade to see actual info
Incorporate AI avatars (D-ID, Synthesia, HeyGen) representing our brand personalities.
Edit videos with bold captions, sound effects, zoom-ins, and motion graphics to maximize audience retention.
Design thumbnails and optimize videos for YouTube SEO and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

Expert animation skills (Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, After Effects, or Moho Pro).
Experience creating engaging storytelling visuals through 2D motion graphics.
Familiarity with AI avatar creation (D-ID, Synthesia, HeyGen).
Advanced video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut).
Strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithm and audience engagement strategies.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and replicate PictureFit’s animation style.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to deadlines.

Salary & Compensation:

$800 - $1,500 USD/month (based on experience & skill).
Performance bonuses for viral or high-performing content.
Long-term stable workload (2 videos + 4 Shorts weekly). Fully remote, flexible working hours.
