Xero Bookkeeper for UK Firm

We're based in the UK and work with Small Construction/Trades companies.

Im looking for an experienced bookkeeper to assist me (the director) with handling the bookkeeping process for all clients in full.


Your role:

You will be supporting myself in the UK with bookkeeping for UK clients on Xero. Ideally you will have experience of working in a UK accounting firm or for UK clients.

You will be given training and support to help you manage daily bookkeeping for clients and therefore being a quick learner will help.


What you need to have:

You will have at least 3 years experience of bookkeeping and have a degree or similar accounting qualification. You will be comfortable using zoom to have daily calls with myself and become part of the team of a fast growing practice.

Experience of Xero is required and it would be useful to also be familiar Dext.

- Dext
- Office 365 (emaill & excel)
- Zoom



Your working hours:

This is a fully remote position so you can work from home providing you have a good internet connection. We are flexible around the hours but usually the hours would be in line with full time UK working hours between 8am - 4pm (GMT)

Holidays:

We honor all Filipino holidays in addition to 25 days per year as well as the 13th month once you pass your 6m probationary period.
