Xactimate Estimator for Catastrophe Claims (Remote via TeamViewer)

Job Overview:

I am an independent catastrophe adjuster writing claims in Orlando, Florida, USA. Due to the high volume of work, I am looking for a skilled Xactimate Estimator to assist with completing property estimates. On average, each claim is valued at $5,000, and most claims follow a similar scope, making the work repetitive and straightforward.

You will use TeamViewer to remotely access my system and work within Xactimate. Each estimate typically takes 20-30 minutes to complete. I handle 3-5 claims per day, and there is more than enough work to keep you busy.

This is a long-term position offering stability and growth for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Write and complete property damage estimates using Xactimate.
Review scoping notes and photos provided for each claim.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across estimates.
Efficiently manage repetitive claim structures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Xactimate.
Familiarity with property insurance claims (preferably catastrophe-related).
Ability to use TeamViewer to remote into my system and work efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks.
Availability to handle 3-5 claims daily, including weekends if needed.
