Xactimate Estimator Job

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated virtual Xactimate estimate writer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Xactimate software and experience in the insurance restoration or construction industry. This is a fulltime, fully remote position.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for insurance restoration projects using Xactimate software
• Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of estimates
• Write detailed scopes of damages to the roof, exterior of structures, and a robost and thorough scope of the interior of structures.
• Must be able to work from Docusketch 360 virtual tours, still photographs, and job scope notes
• Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work
• Stay current on Xactimate software updates and industry best practices

Qualifications:
• Proven proficiency in Xactimate software
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and repair techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Xactimate Level 2 or 3 Certification
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the insurance restoration or construction industry is preferred
