Job Posting: Xactimate Estimator - Virtual Assistant (Puerto Rico Projects)

Are you an experienced Xactimate Estimator with a passion for precision and efficiency? Byrdson Services, LLC, a leader in construction and disaster recovery, is seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in scoping projects related to new construction, rehabilitation, and relocation in Puerto Rico. This is a remote position requiring expertise in Xactimate and familiarity with disaster recovery programs.

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed project scopes using Xactimate for residential and commercial construction.
Analyze damage assessments and prepare cost estimates for reconstruction, repairs, and relocations following program guidelines.
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field personnel to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Update and maintain project documentation, estimates, and revisions.
Coordinate with local teams in Puerto Rico to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Xactimate is a must, with at least 3 years of experience preparing estimates for construction or disaster recovery projects.
Experience with projects related to Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) or similar programs is highly desirable.
Familiarity with new construction, rehabilitation, and relocation project requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
