We will hire a Process Development Virtual Assistant.

The beauty of this job is that you can live anywhere on the planet, have a steady income for years, and continue to grow your capabilities.

Tasks:
—Tune team guides/courses, looking at the execution and turning them into checklists.
—Watch over the "pay per task" model currently rolled out to help audit task completion,
—Troubleshoot where there are problems (largely in the process),
—Suggest improvements to how we qualify and train people.
—Test the software that manages the system.

We’ll need someone who
—has great written English
—has the ability to write step-by-step guides
—is detail-oriented.

Aside from all of that, there may be a need for you to make video summaries and other general VA work.

So you have to be okay with not everything being perfectly clear-- that often you have to use your best judgment and figure stuff out. There is a balance between asking questions all the time (needing handholding) and struggling to try to it without ever asking for help (lone ranger wasting time).
