We need a highly skilled Full-Stack Web Designer & Developer who can bring brands to life through stunning, high-performing websites. You should be equally comfortable designing pixel-perfect UI/UX experiences and developing functional, scalable web solutions. If you love WordPress, front-end design, and optimizing digital experiences, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do
Website Design & UI/UX:

Design modern, conversion-focused websites that align with brand identity and best UX practices.
Develop custom WordPress themes and page layouts with an eye for performance and responsiveness.
Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and accessibility.
Front-End & Back-End Development:

Build and maintain custom WordPress websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Develop and optimize themes, plugins, and integrations for WordPress.
Implement third-party APIs, CRM integrations, and custom automation solutions.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Automation & Performance Optimization:
Set up and manage Go High Level automations for website forms, email/SMS workflows, and lead tracking.
Implement performance enhancements, caching solutions, and site security best practices.
Utilize Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and conversion optimization strategies.
Ongoing Maintenance & Support:

Regularly update and maintain WordPress sites, troubleshooting bugs and implementing enhancements.
Monitor site performance and implement A/B testing and user behavior tracking.
Provide technical support and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table
Deep expertise in Design and WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and page builders.
Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with UI/UX design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar).
Knowledge of SEO best practices, website security, and site performance optimization.
Experience with Go High Level, Zapier, and automation workflows is a major plus.
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and deliver high-quality work on deadlines.

Bonus: Familiarity with React, Vue.js, or other modern frameworks is a plus.
