Job: As a WordPress Designer, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with our team and clients to create visually appealing and functional websites that exceed expectations. From design to execution, you’ll be in charge of delivering high-quality websites that are optimized for performance, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.

As a GHL Site Designer you will be responsible for creating landing pages and sites within GHL application.

Responsibilities:
Design and build WordPress websites and GHL Sites with detailed order from client, and use of templates.
Customize pre-built themes or create custom themes and templates as needed.
Ensure all websites are mobile responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Manage projects from inception to completion, meeting deadlines and delivering on client expectations.
Work closely with team to gather requirements and feedback, providing creative solutions throughout the design and development process.
Collaborate with internal teams using Slack for seamless communication.
Use Upgrade to see actual info to track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Integrate and customize plugins, add-ons, and third-party services to enhance functionality.
Utilize Canva for creating assets such as banners, graphics, and other visual elements.
Utilize GHL for client communication.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, design, or user experience.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress design and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience designing and developing WordPress websites.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Solid understanding of WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.
Strong design skills with an eye for detail and user-centered design.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices.
Experience using Slack for communication and Upgrade to see actual info for project management.
Proficient in Canva for creating visual content.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot website issues.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress. We use Rank Math (simple)
Familiarity with web hosting platforms and website deployment.
Previous experience working in an agency setting.
Excellent english a must.
