Wordpress & Shopify Webmaster

We are looking for a Webmaster to oversee website maintenance, manage task assignments, and implement basic SEO optimisations. The ideal candidate will have experience using Shopify, WordPress, Oxygen Builder, Zoho Desk, ClickUp, and Slack to handle website updates, coordinate with developers, and ensure smooth daily operations.

This role requires availability during UK working hours (9 AM – 5 PM).

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the ticketing system (Zoho Desk) to ensure website support requests are handled efficiently.
Assign tasks and track progress using ClickUp, ensuring developers/designers complete work on time.
Perform basic updates on Shopify and WordPress, including content edits, plugin updates, and minor layout adjustments.
Work with Oxygen Builder to make content updates and minor design changes on WordPress websites.
Conduct keyword research and optimise pages for SEO.
Add and update alt tags on images for accessibility and search ranking improvements.
Communicate effectively on Slack to provide updates and collaborate with the team.
Ensure website functionality, security, and performance are regularly checked.
Troubleshoot minor website issues, escalating more complex problems to developers.
Maintain clear documentation of website updates and processes.

Requirements:
? Experience managing Shopify and WordPress websites.
? Proficiency with Oxygen Builder for content and minor design updates.
? Familiarity with Zoho Desk for handling support tickets.
? Ability to use ClickUp for task management and workflow organisation.
? Experience using Slack for team communication.
? Understanding of SEO basics, including keyword research and image optimisation.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
? Excellent organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
? Must be available to work UK hours (9 AM – 5 PM).
