Wordpress Expert

We are an online learning company seeking a talented WordPress Expert to join our team. Our mission is to build some of the world’s most iconic and influential creative learning brands. We’re growing fast and need a WordPress professional to support us in managing, optimizing, and developing our websites.

Our websites are built using Divi/Elementor with key plugins such as LearnDash and Wishlist Member. If you’re passionate about web development, performance optimization, and technical problem-solving, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Ad Hoc WordPress Development: Tackle various web development tasks including troubleshooting and creating new site features.
- Page Speed Optimization: Ensure our sites meet Core Web Vitals standards and maintain optimal performance.
- LearnDash Management: Set up and manage new courses on LearnDash.
- CMS Platform Management: Oversee the maintenance, updates, and functionality of our WordPress CMS.
- Daily Maintenance & Support: Provide regular technical support and resolve site errors swiftly.
- Server & Cloudflare Management: Optimize servers and Cloudflare settings to enhance speed and security.
- Monitor Webmaster Tools & Server Logs: Identify and resolve any site or server-related issues.
- Plugin Management: Install, update, optimize, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins regularly.
- Design & Frontend Tasks: Address CSS issues, ensure mobile optimization, create landing pages, and manage content uploads.
- SEO Optimization & Google Tag Manager Setup: Implement strategies to improve SEO and manage tag setups for tracking.
- Technical Support: Be the go-to person for any ad hoc technical support, ensuring minimal downtime and top performance.

Routine & Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

- Daily technical support and plugin updates.
- Weekly checks on server logs, frontend performance, and Cloudflare settings.
- Ad hoc tasks such as plugin optimization, server tuning, GA4 analytics setup, webpage creation, and article uploads

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in WordPress, Divi/Elementor, LearnDash, and Wishlist Member plugins.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO and performance optimization (Core Web Vitals).
- Familiarity with server management, Cloudflare, and plugin optimization.
- Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and mobile optimization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website errors quickly.
