We are a growing company in the insurance / financial services industry and eCommerce and looking for a skilled WordPress & eCommerce Specialist to manage our websites, optimize our eCommerce store, and create engaging designs using Elementor. If you have expertise in WordPress management, WooCommerce, and Elementor, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities

WordPress Management:
- Maintain and update the WordPress website for optimal performance
- Manage security updates, plugin installations, and backups
- Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and user experience (UX)
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently

WooCommerce / eCommerce Responsibilities:
- Manage and update WooCommerce product listings, pricing, and inventory
- Set up and configure payment gateways and shipping methods
- Optimize the online store for conversions and SEO
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer behavior
- Implement eCommerce marketing strategies (discounts, upsells, cross-sells)

Elementor Responsibilities:
- Design and customize WordPress pages using Elementor
- Create visually appealing and conversion-focused landing pages
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and UI/UX best practices
- Customize and enhance website aesthetics to match brand identity
- Implement A/B testing for page layouts and elements

Requirements
- Proven experience in **WordPress website management**
- Expertise in **WooCommerce** and eCommerce best practices
- Strong proficiency with **Elementor page builder**
- Knowledge of **SEO, website performance optimization, and security**
- Ability to troubleshoot WordPress issues and bugs
- Familiarity with **CSS, HTML, and JavaScript** (preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional **WordPress plugins (e.g., Rank Math, WP Rocket, Yoast SEO, etc.)**
- Knowledge of **email marketing, sales funnels, and lead generation**
- Experience with **Google Analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO)**
