WordPress & Zoho CRM Specialist (Divi & Zapier Experience Preferred)

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to optimize our WordPress website Upgrade to see actual info for mobile users as an initial project. Our website was built using Divi, and we need improvements to enhance the mobile experience, ensuring smooth navigation, readability, and responsiveness.

If this project goes well, we’d like to extend this into a long-term position focused on Zoho CRM management and automation, including:

Setting up and managing automations within Zoho CRM.
Creating and maintaining reports and workflows to track customer interactions.
Organizing marketing data and sources to improve lead tracking.
Using Zapier to integrate and automate processes between Zoho CRM and other tools.
Requirements:

+WordPress & Divi experience (mobile optimization skills required).
+Basic UI/UX knowledge to enhance the mobile experience.
+Familiarity with Zoho CRM (or willingness to learn).
+Experience with Zapier for automation.
+Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

This role starts as a one-time website optimization project but has the potential to grow into an ongoing position for the right candidate.
