WordPress Theme Customization

Hi,
Our site was running on a Wordpress Theme that was very outdated. We tried to update it today & crashed the site. We were able to save the "content" and screenshots of the layout before it fatally crashed. But beyond that we're starting over. Looking for immediate assistance to get our business site back up & running with the least amount of downtime.
