WordPress Publishing Assistant to Post and Format Content on Websites

We are looking for a WordPress Publishing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is familiar with WordPress and has experience posting and formatting content for blogs and pages. You will be responsible for uploading and formatting pre-written blog posts to ensure they are visually appealing and optimized for our websites.

This is a position with no major development experience required, but attention to detail and basic familiarity with WordPress and SEO are essential.

Responsibilities:

* Upload pre-written blog content to WordPress websites.
* Format blog posts, including text, headings, images, and links, for consistency and visual appeal.
* Add relevant categories, tags, and metadata to improve SEO.
* Ensure all posts follow site-specific style guidelines and formatting requirements.
* Add any necessary internal links
* Preview posts to confirm accuracy and proper presentation before publishing or scheduling.
* Manage a content schedule to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

* Basic understanding of WordPress, including creating and editing posts.
* Ability to format content with proper alignment, spacing, and media placement.
* Strong attention to detail to identify and correct formatting errors.
* Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling WordPress tasks.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Basic knowledge of SEO.

Work Details:
