Responsibilities:
Perform regular updates and maintenance for our WordPress website.
Optimize website speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
Manage and integrate IDX features for seamless property searches.
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for a targeted audience (U.S. & Canadian buyers).
Build and manage a portfolio of high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
Conduct backlink audits to identify and disavow harmful links.
Monitor website analytics and provide monthly performance reports.

Requirements:
Proven experience in WordPress development and maintenance.
Expertise in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Demonstrated success in backlink management and outreach.
Must possess experience in optimizing real estate IDX websites.
Familiarity with IDX plugins and Flex MLS integration.
Ability to conduct competitor analysis and develop backlink strategies for a niche market.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:
Experience working with luxury real estate websites.
Knowledge of the Los Cabos, Mexico real estate market.
