Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented WordPress Developer who’s ready to transform beautiful Figma designs into high-performing, responsive WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities
Design Implementation
Build WordPress pages and entire sites from Figma designs using Elementor, Divi, or a similar page builder.
Ensure pixel-perfect execution and maintain brand consistency across all pages.
Advanced WordPress Development
Leverage in-depth WordPress knowledge to create custom themes and plugins when needed.
Implement HTML, CSS, and PHP to enhance site functionality.
SEO & Performance Best Practices
Optimize site speed through image compression, caching, and clean coding practices.
Ensure consistent site performance and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
Quality Assurance & Testing
Conduct thorough testing across different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and screen sizes.
Troubleshoot and resolve any design or functionality issues proactively.
Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate daily using Slack for real-time communication and updates.
Use ClickUp for project management and task tracking (time logging included).
Problem-Solving & Initiative
Identify potential roadblocks early and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Offer creative ideas to improve user experience and site performance.
Ongoing Learning & Growth
Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress and web development trends.
Take advantage of agency-provided training resources to expand your skill set.

Qualifications
Advanced WordPress Expertise: In-depth experience with Elementor and/or Divi, plus custom themes and plugins.
Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, and familiarity with SEO best practices.
Responsive Design Skills: Ability to create and troubleshoot responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
CRM Integrations: Experience integrating WordPress with CRMs such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
English Proficiency: Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
Collaboration Tools: Comfortable using Slack and ClickUp (or similar project management tools).
Problem-Solving Ability: Self-starter who can tackle challenges with minimal supervision and offer solutions.
Time Management: Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects efficiently, with time tracked in ClickUp.
Bonus: Willingness to work during or overlap with US East Coast hours.
