The Role
As a Senior WordPress Developer at Growmodo, your mission is to craft exceptional, responsive web pages that exceed client expectations. You'll utilize your expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress to deliver top-tier web development projects, while also applying your knowledge of Shopify and Webflow to enhance project versatility.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and Implement: Create responsive, pixel-perfect web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
-Manage Version Control: Oversee code changes using GitHub, ensuring high-quality standards and effective collaboration.
-Problem-Solving: Identify and swiftly fix bugs to maintain the highest quality of web projects.
-Collaborate and Mentor: Work closely with teams and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
-Utilize WordPress Builders: Execute projects seamlessly using WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, and Divi.
Enhance Versatility: Apply your expertise in Shopify, Webflow, and custom API integrations to elevate project outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
-Experience: 5+ years as a Senior WordPress Developer with strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-Version Control: Proficiency in GitHub for managing code changes and collaboration.
-Detail-Oriented: Proven track record of creating responsive, pixel-perfect web pages with meticulous attention to detail.
-WordPress Expertise: Deep knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, and Divi.
-Versatility: Experience with Shopify and Webflow, including custom API integrations.
-Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a history of efficiently identifying and fixing bugs.
-Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
-Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
Nice-to-Haves:
Custom Plugin Development: Experience in creating WordPress plugins and custom APIs (using RESTful APIs is highly preferred).
