Who We’re Looking For?

We’re on the hunt for a talented WordPress Designer & Web Developer to join our team! This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients' websites are visually engaging, highly functional, and optimised for performance. You’ll be responsible for front-end development, customisation, and ongoing site maintenance.

If you have expertise in WordPress theme development, UI/UX design, and front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP), we want to hear from you! You’ll work closely with our team to bring client visions to life with creative problem-solving and innovative web solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom WordPress themes and websites based on client needs.

Implement and manage WordPress plugins and features for enhanced functionality.

Optimise websites for speed, performance, and security.

Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress and hosting-related issues.

Maintain and update client websites monthly.

Manage client hosting platforms.

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and clients to create high-impact web experiences.





Experience:

3+ years of experience in WordPress design & front-end development.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

Experience with popular WordPress page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi, or Bricks)

Familiarity with WooCommerce and eCommerce site development.

Strong UI/UX design skills with an eye for modern web aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of website performance optimisation and security best practices.

Experience with ClickUp is a plus!
