WordPress Custom Block Theme Developer

We're a digital marketing agency and we have paid-advertising landing pages designed that need to be developed using our own custom WordPress block theme. We'll set up the environment, your access, and define which pieces or blocks of the design need to be developed and which need to be editable via WordPress. We'll expect you to branch off (we use private Bitbucket git repositories) and to submit Pull Requests with your work for review. We follow WordPress's coding standards and we expect valid, documented HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP code that follows efficient, readable, and streamlined DRY programming practices. Our WordPress theme uses the Bootstrap 5.2.x framework, so familiarity with Bootstrap is desired. Form styling and functionality and their integration(s) with CRMs or other required platforms are crucial on our landing pages; we commonly use Gravity Forms or HubSpot- or Marketo-embedded forms. Our developers could turn around one of these landing pages within 5 days and under 10-15 hours of work, including setup, testing and quality assurance, so we would hope for a similar turnaround.
