Wix Web Developer

A growing US based yoga studio is looking for a web developer with intermediate WIX studio, components and web implementation on the Wix CMS to help with regular site enhancements and maintenance, immediately. Candidate should have an eye for good graphic and page design based on US standards.

Firm will provide detailed instructions and assets including content for each task.

The firm currently has 3 tasks we are looking to get completed ASAP which are listed below and based candidate’s performance there is an opportunity for small ongoing tasks including events page updates 2 – 3 times per month (1 hour per month) and ad-hoc misc. website related requests.

• Task 1: Develop a new “About” section and implement within the WIX CMS.
• Task 2: Recommend an approach to streamline top nav options and complete development and implement new top nav within the WIX CMS.
• Task 3: Recommend a new approach for event page to improve design and usability. Have reviewed plugins such as https://elfsight.com/event-calendar-widget/ and open to the possibility of using them. Interested in providing a month view which based on the event type i.e. workshop or paid event can be linked to a buy page with options to purchase. Need to ensure the solution allows for event details and link to a flier.
