Wix Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom websites using the Wix platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.
- Respond to support and change requests from clients and proactively find solutions through support articles and by contacting support if the answer is not known.
- Reporting to Owner or Ops Manager, this person will need to be extremely organised and have high attention to detail with the ability to manage clients professionally and without hand-holding.
- English as a first language is mandatory as this person will need to be extremely proficient at liaising with clients.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing and align with client branding.
- Optimise websites for performance, including basic SEO principles.
- Continuously update and improve website designs based on feedback.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing client websites

Requirements:
- Experience: Extensive experience in designing with Wix, with a portfolio showcasing at least 10 websites.
- Skills: Strong design eye, attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of basic SEO principles.
- Mindset: Eager to learn and grow, proactive in finding and implementing solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
