Job description

Full Time Wireless/Mobility Sales Support

Digital Management Solutions (DMS) is a Telecom Solution Provider for Business customers offering solutions for wire-line, Internet, and Mobility (Cellular) services. Currently we have an opening for a Mobility Support Coordinator to assist our customers with their Wireless services.
The opening is for an energetic, motivated, and detail oriented individual to provide post-sale support to our sales team and customers. This position requires someone who is able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to work well under pressure. The responsibilities include ordering and tracking customer requests for cellular and wireless services, requesting customer invoicing, communicating with suppliers and customers via phone and email, assisting in preparation of sales quotes as well as general support duties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in post-sale support or other applicable customer service or administrative position.

Prior experience with cellular and wireless service is REQUIRED at least 1 year. AT&T Wireless experience a plus.
Job Description:
- Process incoming mobility orders for new services, upgrades, and feature adds/removals
- Communicate with customers and vendors via telephone & email
- Troubleshoot equipment & order issues that may arise
- Track and compose correspondence with customers and suppliers
- Manage tracking tickets coming in through ticket system related to mobility sales and orders
- Analyze data and maintain communication with the Mobility Sales Executive and Sales Manager regarding sold services
- Create and update forms specific to various tasks
- High proficiency in Excel, typing, data entry, verbal and written communications
- Must also have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
- Possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work well under pressure
Skills Needed : - Excel - Outlook - Order Entry - Good Typing & Data Entry - Verbal & Written Communications - Strong
Hubspot Experience or other equal CRM's a plus
Organizational Skills - Analytical Skills - Problem Solving - Time Management
