Job Description: Whop Community Manager / Moderator
Position Title: Whop Community Manager / Moderator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Whop Community Manager / Moderator who is well-versed in sports betting and paid community management. The ideal candidate will focus on building an engaging, supportive, and positive community environment while working to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
This role requires a balance of customer engagement, moderation, and competitive analysis to ensure our community thrives and stays ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Management
Build and maintain an engaging, positive, and active community within Whop.
Regularly interact with members through chats, polls, events, and discussions to foster engagement.
Create and manage content for the community, such as tips, announcements, or exclusive updates, to keep members informed and engaged.

Churn Reduction & Lifetime Value Improvement
Monitor member behavior and identify signs of disengagement to address proactively.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to retain members and provide additional value to the community.
Run surveys, polls, and feedback sessions to understand member needs and improve their experience.

Moderation & Enforcement
Moderate community chats to ensure a safe and positive space for members.
Take swift action against negative comments, spam, or inappropriate behavior by removing problematic users and providing warnings as needed.
Maintain community guidelines and enforce policies consistently.

Competitor Research & Strategy
Spy on competitor communities to identify successful strategies and engagement techniques.
Bring insights and recommendations to the team based on competitor research.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management.

Qualifications
Experience in community management within paid platforms (e.g., Whop, Discord, Slack).
Strong knowledge of sports betting, including terms, strategies, and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster engagement and handle conflicts professionally.
Proven ability to reduce churn and increase customer retention through community-building efforts.
Comfortable with competitor analysis and presenting actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to enforce community guidelines effectively.

Preferred Skills
Experience with the Whop platform.
Basic content creation skills (e.g., for announcements, polls, or member updates).
Knowledge of analytics tools to track engagement and community performance.
