Virtual Assistant – Video, Sales & Marketing Support (HVAC Industry)- You don’t need to be an HVAC pro, but you do need to be comfortable executing the following tasks:

I’m looking for a creative Virtual Assistant to help drive our sales and marketing efforts in the HVAC space. You’ll work closely with me to turn raw content into polished marketing tools—think videos, flyers, social posts, and customer emails. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and love bringing content to life, let’s chat.

Main Responsibilities:

Edit raw videos for training, product highlights, and social media

Create flyers, social media graphics, and promotional materials (Canva is fine!)

Build and schedule email drip campaigns

Draft and post content to social channels

Organize marketing assets, contacts, and project timelines

Support customer outreach efforts and email follow-ups

Help with general admin tasks as needed

You’d be a great fit if you:

Have experience editing short-form videos (CapCut, iMovie, etc.)

Can write clearly and create clean, on-brand visuals

Are comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, and email marketing tools

Love staying organized and taking initiative
