**Job Description:**
As a Wholesale Sourcing Agent & Amazon Administrative Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Approximately 60-70% of your time will be dedicated to sourcing products for wholesale or online arbitrage. The remaining 25 to 30% will involve handling minute administrative tasks on Amazon, including IP complaints, inventory management, reimbursements, seller feedback, spreadsheet management, and file uploads.

**Requirements:**
- Prior experience with Amazon administrative tasks is essential.
- Proficiency in handling IP complaints, inventory management, reimbursements, seller feedback, spreadsheet management, and file uploads.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation are crucial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Must be located in the Philippines.
- Full-time commitment exclusively to our company; no double-dipping with other employers.

**Qualifications:**
- Demonstrable experience in Amazon administrative tasks.
- Proven track record of sourcing products for wholesale or online arbitrage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
