Job Description:
We are looking for a highly energetic and persuasive cold caller to assist with wholesale real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport, and a convincing sales approach to engage potential sellers. You will be responsible for making cold calls to property owners, gauging their interest in selling, and collecting key information.
Work Schedule:
• 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week
Compensation:
• Starting pay: $3 per hour + commission based on successful deals
• Performance-based increase: If results are strong within the first two weeks, both the base pay and commission will increase
• Higher pay option: If you can provide your own leads with skip tracing and cold call them, the budget increases to $6 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to property owners and leads
• Engage in active listening to understand the seller’s situation and motivation
• Ask qualifying questions and gather relevant property details
• Build rapport and maintain a professional yet persuasive tone
• Accurately document and update lead information in the system
• Follow scripts while also adapting based on the conversation flow
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, persuasive, and energetic on the phone
• Comfortable handling objections and rejections professionally
• Previous cold calling, sales, or real estate experience is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and a quality headset for clear calls
• Ability to provide skip-traced leads (if applying for the $6/hour option)
