Job Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is comfortable chatting with potential clients, has a basic understanding of sales, and is familiar with organic marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be trained in the Richmond Point 1 program and comfortable handling chat sequences and webinars. Additionally, you should have experience with copywriting, as you will be responsible for creating email sequences as part of our sales funnel. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage chat conversations with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process.
* Follow chat sequences as part of our organic marketing strategy.
* Assist with webinars and help attendees navigate through the process.
* Create and manage email sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions.
* Work with the team to continually improve client communication strategies.
* Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-up tasks.

Qualifications:
* Prior experience in a virtual assistant role, particularly with sales-related tasks.
* Basic sales experience—either in written communication or direct sales/customer interaction.
* Familiarity with chat systems and organic marketing strategies.
* Copywriting experience, especially in creating email sequences.
* Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Tools You Will Use:
* Richmond Point 1 chat sequence tools.
* Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).

Working Hours:
* Full-time position, graveyard shift (working during US time zone hours).

Preferred Traits:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Motivated self-starter who enjoys working independently and collaboratively.
