We’re looking for a long-term Admin/Operations VA to join our Airbnb Cleaning Company and support our existing amazing VA by taking on essential operational tasks. You’ll be working inside our GoHighLevel CRM and helping keep the business running like a well-oiled machine. This is a key support role where your reliability, attention to detail, and initiative will shine.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

???? Cleaner & Hiring Support
Posting job ads and managing applications
Reviewing Google Form responses
Conducting initial interviews with cleaner candidates
Coordinating final interviews with the CEO

???? Operations & Scheduling
Scheduling and assigning cleaning jobs
Quality control follow-ups
Managing daily requests and task updates

?? System & CRM Management
Living inside GoHighLevel CRM
Managing automations and cleaner/client pipelines
Onboarding new clients and new cleaners

???? What We’re Looking For:
Extremely reliable with strong communication skills
Proactive and self-driven — you own your role
Organized and detail-oriented (you don’t miss a beat)
Friendly and easy to work with — you'll be in regular contact with our cleaners and clients
Committed to long-term growth and open to learning new tools and systems
Comfortable with daily task management and CRM platforms (GoHighLevel experience is a BIG plus)
