Website/UX Designer with Figma, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix experience

Northera is seeking a Website/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a Website/UX Designer, you will work to create custom websites and conversion-focused landing pages that meet their unique needs.
You will be responsible for creating website designs that are both visually stunning and highly functional, with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique website needs and design custom websites and landing pages that meet those needs.
- Create website designs that are visually stunning, easy to navigate, and optimized for conversion.
- Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of website designs.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that website designs are implemented correctly and meet our clients' expectations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, UI, UX, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in website design and UX.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, Framer Experience
- Strong design skills, with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
