As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage our website and optimize it for search engines. This role will ensure that our online presence is polished, functional, and driving traffic while enhancing our digital visibility to potential clients and investors.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to take charge of our website’s maintenance and SEO efforts. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both website management (preferably with platforms like WordPress or Squarespace) and SEO optimization. You will be responsible for updating website content, ensuring optimal performance, and executing SEO strategies to improve our search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
-Regularly update website content, including project portfolios, client testimonials, blogs, and contact information.
-Upload and organize before-and-after project images, ensuring high-quality visuals and relevant descriptions.
-Conduct website audits to ensure content is accurate, functional, and free from errors (broken links, outdated information, etc.).
-Improve website design and user experience, collaborating with developers if necessary, to ensure a smooth, engaging experience for visitors.
-Ensure the website is optimized for mobile devices and loads quickly, performing necessary technical updates (e.g., plugins, security patches).


SEO Optimization:
-Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-traffic, industry-relevant keywords and incorporate them strategically across the website.
-Optimize on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt texts.
-Create or optimize blog posts with keyword-rich content to improve organic search rankings.
-Regularly analyze website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
-Perform competitor analysis to identify SEO gaps and opportunities for improvement.
-Build backlinks and implement off-page SEO techniques to increase website authority.

Content Creation and Strategy:
-Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
-Update website copy to reflect new projects, achievements, and expertise, ensuring the language is professional and consistent with the brand voice.
-Post regular updates about completed projects, company milestones, and industry insights to improve engagement and SEO.
-Requirements:
-Proven experience in website management, with proficiency in platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
-Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
-Experience in keyword research and SEO optimization, including on-page and off-page strategies.
-Proficiency in using website analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
-Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (for minor technical adjustments).
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized and well-functioning website.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
