JOB OVERVIEW

Website Specialist (Part-Time, Remote - Philippines)
TETON is a fast-growing outdoor brand based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our mission? To provide one billion and one outdoor experiences. We accomplish this by designing cool, high-quality outdoor gear—from sleeping bags and backpacks to cots and tents—because we believe getting outside brings more happiness into life.
We’re looking for a Website Specialist based in the Philippines to maintain and optimize our Shopify website. This role is essential in ensuring our site functions smoothly, engages customers, and supports our marketing goals.
This is a part-time (10-15 hours per week) remote position, reporting to the Director of Marketing, who will provide strategic direction. You’ll also collaborate with a copywriter for content and a graphic designer for visuals—so while technical expertise is essential, you’ll have a strong team to support you.
What You'll Do:
• Website Maintenance: Keep the TETON website running smoothly by addressing technical issues, implementing updates, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Page Creation & Updates: Build and maintain product pages, campaign pages, and other website content to enhance the user experience.
• SEO Optimization: Apply best practices for on-page and technical SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Content Management: Ensure website content, images, and product descriptions are accurate, engaging, and up to date.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track website performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align website updates with broader marketing campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
• Shopify Proficiency: Strong experience in managing and customizing Shopify websites.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization best practices and tools.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for polished, professional website presentation.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Can troubleshoot website issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Basic Web Development Skills: Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
How to Apply:
• Introduce yourself and submit a resume.
• Use the subject line “Website Specialist” in your application.
• Use at least 8 Apply Points.
