We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Designer. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting both digital and physical designs, ranging from websites and PDFs to icons, flyers, and posters. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and WebFlow is essential. This role requires a keen eye for design, the ability to work within brand guidelines, and the flexibility to adapt to feedback and revisions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create visually compelling designs for both digital and physical mediums, adhering to established brand guidelines.
-Design websites, PDFs, icons, flyers, posters, and other materials as needed.
-Implement designs onto websites using WebFlow or other drag-and-drop front-end builders.

Requirements:
-Proven experience with Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and WebFlow (or similar front-end tools).
-Strong eye for design, layout, and typography.
-Ability to follow brand styles and design structures.
-Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
