Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and conversions. This role involves creating compelling copy for
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

- Collaborate with the graphic designer to create visually appealing and effective marketing assets.
- Manage and update website content to ensure it is current, relevant, and optimized.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Providing administrative support, as and when needed to the manager.
Example Responsibilities:

- Website Content: Write and publish blog posts, product descriptions, and landing page content that align with brand guidelines.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns, such as Black Friday or holiday promotions, including coordinating with the design and sales teams.

Requirements:
- Full-time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Philippines Time)
- Able to work remotely (from home)
- No experience needed but must be an A player that can learn and adapt fast.
- Strong copywriting or marketing skills.
- Understanding of the behavior of the target audience and the customer lifecycle.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities (this role will have a lot of challenging problems ahead)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Committed, responsible to the job and willing to “go the extra mile” if required.
- Experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in ecommerce or digital marketing is a plus.
