Website Developer with Cybersecurity Expertise
Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Developer to join our team. This role requires a strong foundation in web development, coupled with a keen understanding of cybersecurity principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, high-performance websites, including e-commerce platforms and web portals.

Responsibilities:

Web Development:
Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using modern technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
Build and maintain e-commerce platforms, integrating payment gateways, shipping solutions, and inventory management systems
Develop custom web portals and applications to meet specific business needs
Collaborate with designers and other team members to translate design concepts into functional websites
Cybersecurity:
Implement robust security measures to protect websites from cyber threats (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption)
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Stay up-to-date with the latest security best practices and industry standards
Respond to security incidents and implement corrective actions
Performance Optimization:
Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency
Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:

Proven experience in web development, including e-commerce platforms and web portals
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side programming language (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails)
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing
Experience with web application security frameworks and tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
