Website Developer WordPress & Social Media Manager

We are a conglomerate made up of 5-10 businesses with the same owners. The businesses are run primary on WordPress platform consisting of real estate, banking, and retail.

Seeking an experienced professional who has experience in both website development (WordPress) other coding and Social Media content creation and posting.

Full-Time Commitment:
We require candidates who are fully dedicated to this role and do not have other concurrent employment.

Key Requirements:
Website Development
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress
- 3rd party API connections
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress, with the ability to navigate the platform efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements
- Change out products weekly
- Keyword research for high-ranking organic search optimizations
- Cross browser compatibility issues
- Developing Responsive websites
- Integrated Payment Gateways

Social Media Management
- Expertise in Facebook etc. advertising
- Digital research
- Graphics design and video editing
- Email marketing, Youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook

Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily and Weekly discussions with management
- Daily and Weekly social media posting across all platforms
- Prepare accurate, timely monthly reports and KPI's including ROAS
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize processes
- Self-motivated and team-player
- Increase online sales
