JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Website Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining client websites within our established framework. This role requires proficiency with Duda CMS, as well as a solid understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Development: Build and customize client websites using Duda CMS, following established templates and ensuring the integration of essential SEO features.
Template Customization: Customize themes from platforms like Theme Forest, adjusting them to fit client needs, including changes in colors, structure, and content, while ensuring they remain SEO-optimized.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure all sites meet our internal standards for design, functionality, and SEO effectiveness.
Ongoing Maintenance: Provide support and maintenance for existing websites, ensuring they are up-to-date with SEO best practices and functioning properly.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues related to the websites, whether front-end or back-end.
Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with the content team, social media managers, and backlink specialists to ensure seamless integration of all components of our SEO strategy.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Duda CMS: Must have strong experience working with Duda CMS, including building and customizing templates, as well as understanding its SEO capabilities.
SEO Expertise: Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO principles to ensure all websites are optimized for search engines.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring websites are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally effective and optimized for performance.
Template Customization Experience: Previous experience in customizing website templates, specifically from platforms like Theme Forest, is preferred.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently.
Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a set timeframe.

Bonus Skills:
Experience with other CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with reporting tools and the ability to assist with building SEO reports using automated tools or templates.
Experience working with agencies or in fast-paced environments.
