Job Overview – What You Will Do

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Website Designer/Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites to meet client specifications while ensuring visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing designs.
This role requires expertise in web design, front-end development, and familiarity with various content management systems (CMS) and page builders. Applicants must demonstrate an outstanding portfolio showcasing past website design and development projects.

> Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD
> Page Builders & CMS: Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Showit, Kartra, GrooveFunnels, Go High Level, Wix, Squarespace, Thrive Theme, WordPress, Elementor, Instapage, Unbounce, Leadpages
> Front-End Development (Preferred): HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

Key Responsibilities

> Conceptualize and implement creative website ideas aligned with client branding
> Design engaging and responsive landing pages for marketing and sales campaigns
> Develop design plans and present website structures to stakeholders
> Test and continuously improve website design and functionality
> Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices for consistency
> Maintain and enhance website appearance and usability
> Work with various content management systems and page builders to create high-performing websites
> Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
> Ensure mobile responsiveness and stability across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)
> Provide internal support and external customer service throughout the website and sales funnel build and launch process

Requirements

> A relevant diploma in Web Design, Development, or a related field
> Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or similar)
> Strong understanding of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) is a plus
> Experience with various CMS and page builders (WordPress, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Go High Level, etc.)
> Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles
> Creative mindset with a strong visual design sense
> Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
