Website Designer for Crypto Projects

Position Overview:
We need a Website Designer who can take existing design concepts and adapt them to fit the needs of our crypto-related websites. Your primary responsibility will be to find suitable templates online, customize them, and adapt them using our assets. You’ll work closely with our lead engineer and other team members to ensure that designs are aligned with both the aesthetic and functional needs of our projects. This role is more focused on template customization rather than original design creation, so it requires attention to detail, an eye for design, and the ability to implement directions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Template Customization: Find suitable website templates that align with our style and functionality needs for various crypto projects. Adapt these templates to our branding, layout, and project requirements.
Design Edits: Use pre-existing assets (such as images, logos, text) to tailor the templates, ensuring the designs reflect our brand identity.
Collaboration with the Team: Work closely with the lead engineer and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet both visual and functional goals.
Attention to Detail: Ensure that the final design is polished, professional, user-friendly, and consistent with the brand guidelines.
Provide Design Assets: Work with the team to provide necessary design components (color schemes, typography, layout suggestions, etc.) to ensure cohesive website aesthetics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Website Design: Familiarity with customizing website templates. You don’t need to create original designs, but you should be able to adapt and edit templates effectively.
Figma Proficiency: Comfortable using Figma (or similar design tools) for design edits, variations, and collaborative sharing with the team.
Good Design Sense: Strong understanding of design principles to create professional, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow detailed design directions and adapt templates accordingly.
Basic Knowledge of Web Design: A solid understanding of web design fundamentals, including layout, navigation, and content structuring.
Ability to Follow Direction: You’ll work closely with the team and will need to execute designs based on detailed input, so clear communication and the ability to follow guidelines are key.
Nice to Have (but not required):

Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain terminology.
Basic experience with HTML/CSS or other web design tools (a plus, but not required).
Understanding of responsive design practices.
