Website Designer (UI/UX Specialist)

We are looking for a talented Website Designer (UI/UX Specialist) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves reviewing and enhancing the visual design of the website, with a focus on improving user experience and interface design. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity and technical skills, with experience using tools like Figma, Photoshop, Webflow, and WordPress. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough design reviews of the current website to improve its visual appeal.
- Make recommendations for UI improvements, branding consistency, and modernizing design elements where needed.
- Enhance the overall user experience (UX) by creating designs that are intuitive and engaging.
- Work to optimize the customer journey to increase conversions and reduce drop-offs.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure designs align with goals and business objectives.
- Design UI elements that improve website navigation and user interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Knowledge of best practices for improving website conversions and reducing bounce rates.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Webflow.
- Experience designing and improving websites using WordPress.
- Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, WordPress) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Adobe XD is also a bonus.

Work Hours:
- This role requires 10-15 hours per week
- Flexibility is key, but you must be available for meetings as needed.
