We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Website Developer & Manager to join our team. As the Website Developer & Manager, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of our company website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly. You will also manage web-related projects including creating new web pages. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in web development, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record in website management and optimization.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web content using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ensure website content is optimized for search engines and user experience
Manage technical aspects of website including hosting, security, and uptime
Plan and execute website redesigns to improve user experience and performance
Collaborate with marketing team to align website content with overall business strategy
Supervise and provide guidance to web development team
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices regarding website design and development


Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in web development and management
Strong technical expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
Proven track record in website management and optimization
Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and keen eye for visual design
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
