Job Overview

We are currently in search of a proactive and technically skilled Webmaster Virtual Assistant to support our team in various web-related operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining our websites, managing server and domain settings, optimizing our online content for SEO, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Proficiency in website building platforms, CMS, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and SEO tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Website Creation and Maintenance: Build a new website from scratch using appropriate platforms and tools. Maintain and update an existing website to ensure it remains functional and up-to-date.
- Server and Domain Management: Handle server and domain settings. Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- SEO Optimization: Regularly update online content and use SEO tools to improve visibility and increase traffic.
- User Experience: Ensure the websites are easy to navigate and that all links, images, and content are working properly.
- Performance Analysis: Use Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic. Compile and review data to provide insights and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Webmaster or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in website building platforms, CMS, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and SEO tools, with the ability to quickly learn new software as needed.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, setting up hosting and domains, and UX principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and user satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

This is a remote position with flexible hours, but availability during key business hours may be required for coordination with the team.
